Types of Home Inspections

From buying or selling to building new, Admiral Home Inspections provides thorough, practical inspections to help you better understand your property and make informed decisions.

Book Your Inspection

Residential Inspections

Pre-purchase, pre-listing and ongoing inspections to help you understand the condition of your home.

New Construction

Pre-delivery, warranty and build-phase inspections to help identify concerns throughout the construction process.

More Property Types

Commercial, multi-family, farm, acreage and recreational property inspections are also available.

For the image, I would definitely replace the bathroom stock image. Ideally use a good exterior house/property image or an inspector-at-work photo if Scott has one.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Selling your home? A pre-listing inspection can help identify potential concerns before your property hits the market. Addressing issues ahead of time can reduce surprises during the buyer’s inspection, help you prepare with confidence, and make the selling process smoother.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Buying a home is a major investment. A pre-purchase inspection gives you a clearer understanding of the property’s condition before you commit. We’ll help identify potential concerns, explain what we find in practical terms, and give you the information you need to make a confident decision.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (New Home Construction)

Before taking possession of your newly built home, a pre-delivery inspection can help identify deficiencies, incomplete work, or concerns that should be addressed by the builder. We’ll provide an independent assessment so you can take possession with a clearer understanding of your new home.

New Home Warranty Inspection

Even a brand-new home can develop issues after you move in. A new home warranty inspection helps identify defects or concerns that may be covered under your warranty, giving you the opportunity to document and address them before important warranty deadlines pass.

Build Phase Inspections

Having your home inspected during construction provides another set of experienced eyes at important stages of the build. Admiral Home Inspections can assess work before key components are covered, helping identify potential concerns while they may still be easier to address.

Inspections can be performed at key stages such as foundation and framing, as well as before drywall when insulation, vapour barrier, electrical, plumbing and other systems are still visible.

I actually prefer that last version over listing “Phase 1” and “Phase 2.” It reads more naturally to a homeowner and doesn't make it sound like Admiral only offers two rigid packages unless we know that's actually how Scott sells the service.
